What is a Virtual Assistant (VA)?
Virtual Assistants are business owners (independent contrators) who provide you with support helping you manage different aspects of your business or they can even help you with your personal tasks.

VAs support you from the comfort of their own office, allowing you to reduce your overheads. However if you do require onsite support some VAs will accomodate your requirements depending on your location.

Your VA may also specialize in a certain niche which could be anything from Real Estate, Law, Marketing or General Admin.

How do you conduct appointments?
As we are a virtual business we conduct all our appointments via phone, Skype, Google Hangouts or Zoom.
Am I locked into a contract?
While we do not have any lock in contracts you are required to complete our online questionnaire as this gives us insight into your business plus information for billing.
How often am I billed?
Generally we invoice monthly or on completion of a project however if you would prefer weekly or fortnightly billing we can accomodate.
What are your operating hours?
As we are virtual we have the flexibility to complete your tasks at various times however our operating hours are;

Monday – Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm

How much does hosting & domains cost?

We use VentraIP for purchasing hosting & domains. You can expect to pay approximately $25 a year for a .com.au domain and about $6.95 a month for website hosting.
