What is a Virtual Assistant (VA)?

Virtual Assistants are business owners (independent contrators) who provide you with support helping you manage different aspects of your business or they can even help you with your personal tasks.

VAs support you from the comfort of their own office, allowing you to reduce your overheads. However if you do require onsite support some VAs will accomodate your requirements depending on your location.

Your VA may also specialize in a certain niche which could be anything from Real Estate, Law, Marketing or General Admin.

How do you conduct appointments?

As we are a virtual business we conduct the majority of our appointments via phone, Skype & Google Hangouts but we do occassionally do on site appointments.

What are your operating hours?

Because we work remotely we have the flexibility to complete your tasks at various times however our operating hours are;

Monday – Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm

We can be contacted via Facebook Messenger or email outside these times.

How often am I billed?

We invoice monthly or on completion of a project.

Am I locked into a contract?

We do require you to sign a Service Agreement to accept the agreed upon services however we are on a month to month basis and you can cancel your services as long as you notify us 7 days prior to the end of the month.

Do you outsource overseas?

No all our staff are based in Australia.

A quote gets prepared based on your requirements & sent through we also provide a copy of our questionnaire for you to complete.

Once the completed questionnaires are received we will send you through a Service Agreement.
